Got me a failing grade

I had to watch a video and answer some questions but apparently the creators of this app are to incompetent to allow me to do so. It isnt the wifi, but a one hour video kept restarting and wouldnt even let me fast forward. I always lost my progress on the questions. Really pisses me off because if an assignment is only one day late than its 30 points off and I cant go into tutorials in the morning. Thanks for nothing douche bag.
