The app is awesome I use it for my algebra but when the questions in the video pop up the answers appear blank

I use this app for algebra and some of the symbols dont show up in my equations or answer choices, and lm getting incorrect answers, please please fix this!

I love EDPuzzle! It makes the flipped classroom work :)

I finally feel comfortable using this app in my classroom and the app won’t let them log-in. When I go to the website, it says “Bad Gateway”. When I have attempted to contact the developer, I am again given the error message “Bad Gateway”. When I attempted to report a bug, I am again given the error message “Bad Gateway”. I think this app will be very beneficial for my classroom. However, it is very frustrating not being able to rely on it.

This app helps me manage students better than ever.

I have been unable to use this app at all (apart from signing on) because it crashes the second I open it. Please fix!

You released an update that makes the app into the most unstable thing that I have ever used on an iOS app, and continue to leave it like that for longer than you can justify. Fix. Pls.

The mobile website refuses to play video, and the mobile app black-screens and refuses to close.

Ive never written a review before, but this app is the worst app I have ever used in 5 years experience with the Apple Store. I tried to use this app to complete the assignment that my teacher assigned me through edpuzzle. Unfortunately, the app when opened just shows a black screen 80% of the time, and doesnt let you close the app. When it does not show a black screen it appears to work fine, until you actually try to do something then it just freezes. I attempted to delete and reinstall and its still terrible. If I could rate this app less than one star I would have.

Cant do my assignments from class because there is the black screen of death. Im not going to complain too much, just please fix it!

While using this app with my students in class, there have been ups and downs. Sometimes it hasnt worked when I needed it too. However, Ive emailed the company from my computer and Ive always gotten a swift, same day reply with a quick fix. As the programmers work to fix the bugs, the reliability of the app is getting better every day. We just finished "To Build A Fire" without a single issue. The kids loved it and could go At their own pace or work in pairs. Great lesson for me and good customer service. I will definitely be using Edpuzzle again.

YOURE BAD!

My teacher uses Edpuzzle to teach it at home and then we practice on class. During the video sometimes it has questions. Its easier on this app because it shows the present you got. Also its way better then going on goggle and typing your username and password ALL THE TIME!!!!
